  • Online Payments (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking): 5–10 business days
  • Store Wallet / Store Credit: 24–48 hours
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store wallet credit after verification.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Different size
  • Different color (subject to availability)
  • Replacement of damaged, defective, or incorrect products

All exchanges are subject to product availability and stock status at the time of request.
